I wrote a piece for the Baltimore Sun that wound up on the Times Mirror at that time called The Wire.

where all of the rock critics and music critics and writings of all the Baltimore Sun, Detroit Free Press, a whole bunch of newspapers, LA Times, Orlando Sentinel, all wound up on a wire.

So one of the reasons Paul Stanley sat with me is that he knew me because I had interviewed him in 1984 when I was 16 years old at the News American.

And I met him at the Baltimore Civic Center then before the show.

He did a good job.
