The Artful Escape

Yeah.

And when we made Artful Escape, which is the game that we made before this, we, you could play guitar anywhere-

Mm

... and you could shred anywhere over any-

Before it's too late.

I mean, they picked up like the Artful Escape.

God, what's the studio name? Beethoven and Dinosaur, right? Like Xbox.

But I think they just published it.

[laughs]

The first thing that came to my mind was The Artful Escape.

You got no choice [laughs].

Yeah, exactly.

I can't, no other choice.

[laughs]

Uh, The Artful Escape was the first, like, narrative music game that, that came to mind.

Yeah.

It's kinda like a, a fun, cute take on town-building and town management.

Uh, Mixtape, of course, from Beethoven & Dinosaur, uh, the team who made The Artful Escape.

Um, big-ticket Aussie game.

Did that game win Game of the Year back in its release year for the AGDAs?

Right.

Right?

Fun fact, Artful Escape did not win game of the year.

Yeah.

no

it just fell short on so many levels and i was so excited to play it it's a short experience it's about three hours but it just feels empty the dud maybe you're a little like yeah they got the chat jeep d to give him an outline and the same company and the same game designer i sent you another trailer of their previous game which was called the artful escape oh yeah did you watch that one yeah that's the same that

was cool

very

Play, ya-ya, ding-dong! No.

I think that is a coming-of-age story.

A guy finds his creativity, you know, finds himself, finds what he represents, finds what he wants to do, and that's kind of what The Artful Escape does in a similar way.

Beautiful.
