He said, "Man, I hope Puerto Rico doesn't get hit by that storm." Uh, from what some of my contacts there in Puerto Rico tell me, uh, they haven't really recovered from Hurricane Maria all the way back in 2018 when I was deployed there with the AAFES.

Uh, I think mo- uh, the recovery there, that was really, wasn't it more about the power grid, uh, that was just decimated by that storm? Uh, ac- you know, actually what they could use is, say, uh, a minimal tropical storm.

They need rain desperately right now.
