So they sell ponchos and clear stadium bags at the Thayer Hotel gift shop, at the Daughters of the U.S. Army, the DUSA spouses gift shop.

They may sell them, I'm guessing, now that they have a clear stadium bag policy, they'll probably be selling those inside of the Visitor Center and the Fanatic Store.

And then they also sell them at the West Point Spouses Club gift shop on post.
