They come through me, I induct them, I've got time with them, and, uh, from that experience, I've noticed that creating the space, uh, it doesn't matter whether Gen Z or Gen Alpha or [laughs] Gen, I believe, Baby Boomer, I believe that, um, recruitment opens doors, but belonging gives people a reason to stay.
