If you're a fan of the DC animated universe, there are a number of things you could have.
Kyle NaranaHOST
31:09
I'm just I'm so Justice League coded right now, but you could have Thanagarians and all sorts of other things that build into their Lex Luthor even at times had to do with the end of the world.
Kyle NaranaHOST

You could have War World or Mongol or.

nth metal which it's really really badass looking mace i'll just say that i always love when i can see it on screen or read about in comics it enables him to fly it often increases speed and strength in some versions it can disrupt magic and it can have sort of a not quite to the level i would say of thor's hammer but a near sentient bond with with the user being drawn back to them and While there have been many iterations of, again, this character, his civilian name is often Carter Hall or Gaetar Hall, which are just basically the same but spelled a little differently.
Marlessa StivalaHOST
38:08
If he's either being written as a reincarnated Egyptian, ancient Egyptian, or if he's an alien from the planet Thanagar.
Marlessa StivalaHOST
38:16
But again, as the name Hawkman implies, in addition to being armed with this mace that has these enhanced magical abilities, And super powered abilities that I mentioned, he has wings.
Marlessa StivalaHOST
38:28
Often they are part of his body.

The character has been in a lot of more modern adaptations, including Justice League Unlimited.

and the animated Justice League.
Marlessa StivalaHOST
39:10
What's interesting about that is before the animated Cartoon Network series Justice League, which I've mentioned quite a bit because it was my gateway drug into DC, that and the Adam West series, is that Hawkman, I would say at the time, was definitely the more famous character than Hawkgirl, but the writers wanted to have another female character, but they wanted the Hawk family as it were to be represented, so they just simply swapped Hawkman for Hawkgirl so Hawkgirl became really popular and the version of Hawkgirl on the animated series is really cemented in a lot of people's minds as the true version which is interesting because in the animated version there is not this reincarnated Hawkman Hawkgirl thing as there is in comics, and as there is in Smallville and other more recent adaptations, because the animated one has Hawkgirl being Shire Hoth in the planet Thanagar, and that she's undercover, and at first she's like a bit of a double agent, and it's this whole thing.
Marlessa StivalaHOST
40:15
They do an episode that nods and winks to the comic book origins of Hawkman and Hawkgirl as being these reincarnated lovers, but it's not...
JaceHOST
22:27
But yeah, we'll see where it goes from here.
JaceHOST
22:30
Knowing Al Ewing, next issue we're probably, like, on Thanagar or something completely...
JaceHOST
22:35
Won't have anything to do [laughs] with this, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
JaceHOST
22:39
Uh, all right.
John EckelberryHOST
23:49
Oh, that's interesting.
Clint FinleyHOST
23:50
The idea was it was gonna help unify the Golden Age Hawkman, who was a, uh, a prince in Egypt who's reincarnated, reincarnated as Carter Hall in the modern world, and then the Silver Age Hawkman, who, uh, comes from the planet Thangar, I think.
Clint FinleyHOST
24:06
So the idea was that the, the space Hawkman would be a reincarnation of the Egyptian Hawkman, and then he would come to Earth.
Clint FinleyHOST
24:13
But, uh, DC didn't go for it, so they revised it heavily into Void Indigo.
