Thai basil

I was like, "Wow, I want to be the bartender." So years later I get an internal transfer to become a bartender, and since back then I always work in the bar, and so beverage related, and that is where I come from.

And, you know, a couple of years later I went to Max Concept to be working in the Thai Basil, and then Pizza Express with the opening team.

Went to Drop, which is a nightclub, uh, for six, seven years, you know, working at 5:00 PM, finish at 6:00 AM-
