Um, you talked about AI.

We just had, uh, our housing lawyer has an annual AI summit, and Thad Wong came to speak, and he was talking about kind of the mistakes he made with At Properties just coming up with their platform and how much it's evolved and how much the, the Compass platform does for agents, especially with the AI as part of it.

But one of the things he said is that their biggest mistake was deciding to have AI bring to life old leads and that, and then transfer it to the agent when they were ready to buy, and he said that was just a huge mistake, and that's what I feel like everybody's using it for right now.

So what are your thoughts on how AI is most effective? And we'll start with you, Scott.
