It'll take time.

And in this desert, there is a huge amount of magnetite, which can draw in meteorites.

In fact, this was a place where the... not the Aztecs, the Tewa, the Anasazi people would come to.

And I wrote about that because they saw comets and they saw, which are like meteorites that were falling south of where the Pueblos were in New Mexico.

And so they would walk all the way down to central Chihuahua in this area and they would meet.

He was not able to bring New Zealand under control because he had no authority.

However, they then sent Captain William Hobson later on at the end of the decade to negotiate a treaty with the Maori and make sure that the land fell into the hands of the UK and certainly not the hands of the French and then also not into private hands as well.

Because they didn't want a bunch of wealthy squatters basically buying up all the good land and then effectively owning the country forever.

Yeah.

So with that tradition in mind, I've taken the liberty to move the story we're about to hear from the mountains of Japan to the Sangre de Cristo range of New Mexico where I live in the Rocky Mountains.

I honor that this area here is the traditional lands of the Tewa, the Chiricahua Apache, the Ute, the Comanche, the Brown Bear, the Mountain Lion, the Wolf, and many other peoples that have come before.

And I honor the Anishinaabeg people of Wisconsin for sharing their traditions with my friend.

But the third episode is killing at a distance.

And that phrase has been used a lot over time, particularly with the development of the first atomic bomb, which is close to home for me because it was developed in Los Alamos, which is Tewa territory.

And it was tested in Southern New Mexico at Trinity site, which also, sideline here, has such a bizarre Catholic subtext.

Trinity being the Holy Trinity of Daddy OJC and the spook, or what they say in Catholicism, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
