yeah do you know the people that's calling elite are the people that's in charge of it yeah you know it's you know kids have to kids have to be developed and be allowed to develop at different stages kids will develop at different stages the big strong boy at 12 that's scoring 35 goals a season isn't necessarily the one who's going to go yeah the best player at 16 and i think as coaches we can pigeonhole players or these are the best 12 or these are the best 16 or this is elite that's elite you know you could put your look at Terry Devlin that I worked with at the Glens you know and it's a word I hear used all the time let them play let them make mistakes encourage them when they make mistakes and how would you say it you know you've always got to try and correct things Let the kids enjoy the game and let the kids develop, you know, themselves rather than battering them.

I think, is there an argument maybe that our system, the 3-5-2, especially without Conor Bradley though, so you don't sort of have to worry about, "Well, do we put him right wing back? Do we put him in the front three?" I mean, Trey Hume's gonna play somewhere, whether it's on the right side of that three or whether it's at right wing back, which is more similar to the role he's been playing at Sunderland.

But you could essentially stick two right backs on the pitch, and our system does allow us to do that, whether that's Hume and Devlin or Hume plus one.

And I think kind of looking at Northern Ireland have had those tests away, like Germany away, you know, they've played these games away and they kinda know France away.

He incredibly st- skillful, um, and will make a difference.
