Yes.

When I interviewed for the job, I look back on it now and kind of laugh, I'm like, "Oh my gosh, I can't believe I took the job," I, I interviewed with, um, some of the executives that were, were there at the time, and, um, no longer there, and, and were all very supportive, but a lot of them are like, "Well, yeah, HR's kind of like not the same status as everyone else.

You're kind of a second, you know, class citizen, and HR has never really been anything that, that we care about here that much."

Mm-hmm.

Um, and then, you know, when I left corporate America, I started getting more involved in, in my church and things like that.

And, and I, I grew up in church with a much more conservative background, um, than how I practice today.

And unfortunately, I just got a lot of wrong messages about women and what God thought about women.

And, um, I decided, you know, that needs to change.
