Tennessee Tornado

It's really cool.

But they have the lightning rod, like an old wooden roller coaster, Tennessee Tornado, War Eagle, which War Eagle is one that you're suspended on both sides of the track.

So...

but uh and then one that they recently added within the last few years was called big bear mountain which a lot of people really really like yep yeah a lot of people know about that too a lot of people now probably have heard of night flight expedition and actually when we're recording this we're recording this on august 19th this is the official opening day for night flight expedition and it's supposed to be um one it's supposed to be one of the For whatever technology they've used, that is the first time it's been used in a theme park around the world.

But the one that I want to focus on is something called Mystery Mine, which if you are Googling Google Mystery Mine, it is so neat.

It's in the part of the park where there's the Tennessee tornado thing.

You walk around and then all of a sudden you come on this ramshackle mine house.

It definitely makes you think of if you've ever been to mining or seen movies of old mining communities or pictures of mining communities.

When we, when we come, we'll, we'll be doing coasters.

And so my, and my very first coaster was Tennessee tornado when I was a little girl.

So

that's a, that's an, that's an old arrow coaster.

There's no other word for it.

Now we're about to walk by Tennessee Tornado, which, another fun fact, Tennessee Tornado was the first big roller coaster I ever rode as a child.

Rode it with my dad.

And for its time, it was, it was and is an incredible coaster.

And my husband gives me a hard time, but when I was little, this was the end of the park.

So it did not make a loop as it does now.

You would walk all the way up to Tennessee Tornado, and then you would walk all the way back down and up the other side if you wanted to ride Thunderhead after it opened, another great wooden coaster in the park.

But there was no through... traffic to the other side of the park and everything you're about to see ahead of me was not there.

Although, I'm sure the number has gone up over this past weekend, though.

I've ridden the Tennessee Tornado and the Blazing Fury enough times, though, that I would have been helping fund that.

Oh.

I love Dollywood so much.
