Meanwhile, there are new rules for data centers coming to Temple.

The City Council approved new limits on noise, lighting, and water use for them, including closed-loop cooling systems.

City officials say once fully built, all three phases of the Rowan Data Center will use less than 1% of Temple's daily water supply.

Another hot and mostly dry day expected across central Texas.

I didn't even know how to even start.

So I went online one night and I said, let me look up the top 10 cheapest cities to live in the U.S. And Temple, Texas was one of them.

So I came to Temple, Texas in September, Labor Day weekend, 2015, checked it out.

Oh, they had a Walmart, right? They had a Sam's Club, small town, but they had just the necessities that I needed.

So I said, okay, I think I can live there.

Okay, so we asked for a power scooter or some sort of power mobile.

And so I'm going to the VA Friday in Temple, Texas, because they have to show him how to operate it.

Okay, well, if you can't get up there, we

work with an organization called CPAP, and they have an equipment closet there.

It belonged to somebody that was high up in like a local bank.

And this car was bought in Temple, Texas, which is literally 20 miles from where I got it.

So this car lived its whole life within 20 miles.

And he, I forget what industry he was in, but he had an opportunity to go to like whatever the tri-state for a while where he was going to bank a bunch of cash and then retire.
