She is a quadruple board certified physician who specializes in pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine.

She completed her internal medicine residency at Case Western University at Metro Health Medical Center and then embarked on four years of specialty training, completing a fellowship in sleep medicine at Temple University Hospital, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Drexel University Medical Center.

After finishing her training, Dr. Simon moved to New York City at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and spent two years working on the front lines in an intensive care unit.

When the city started to return to normal, she delved deeper into her passion for sleep and pulmonary medicine and has recently opened up her own private practice in Manhattan, focusing solely on sleep disorders and pulmonary disease.
