No, Tefillin is not like Sefer Torah.

And the Gemara says, now, If you, if you look in the rajva, the rajva takah says b'firish.

You're not allowed to hang a sefer torah even if you put it in a case, even if you have it in the mantle, you're not allowed to hang a sefer torah.

So what we're coming out is in a bag it's for.

What about not in a bag? So not in a bag, the halacha is that to hold it, fill in by the batin, and the vitzu is hanged down.

When you put on Tfilin, according to the Rambam, your hands become Tomei.

And the Sefer Sh'Nimchak, and if you have a Sefer, that was almost entirely erased.

But the Neshtayir Boi, what you have remaining in it, Sh'moynim V'Chomish, Oasis, 85 letters.

Why? Because it says in the Torah, when it speaks about Tzitzit and Tefillin and Sukkah, You have to know.

It's not enough to just do the action.

Furthermore, if someone had hands that were Tahar, and he touched one of the Kisvi Kiddush, he touched, let's say, one of the Hamishu Chumshiterah, and then his hands now become Shniyesh, and if he touches Chumah, those loaves of Chumah now become Tami.

In the final halacha, the Rambam says that the books from Apikursim or Minim, they are not metami, a person's hands, and therefore if they touch Tumah, nothing would happen.

And Parsha Saita also, since you would erase the letters from the Parsha Saita, it does not make the Adayim Tami.
