Tedd Firth

But Rex was in the room, and here we go.

And this young man, Ted Firth, turned around and put his hands to the piano and my life changed.

He is extraordinary.

He's a genius.

[laughs]

Um, yeah.

It's called From My Heart, and it's with Ted Firth.

And, well, everything leads back to Happy Days.

alone alone alone alone alone alone alone alone

My guest, Melissa Errico, from her show, The Story of Rose, with her music director and pianist, Ted Firth.

I'm Judy Carmichael, and this is Jazz Inspired.

It's a beautiful piece of music theater, and it's all full of jazz.

And it makes total sense because so many of what we call the Great American Songbook and what the jazz book is... started on Broadway and then it evolved so going back and forth and you brought me a wonderful track of two of my favorite people Doris Day and Andre Previn and this is just wait till you see them it's a heartbreaker it's really wonderful and just beautifully rendered talk about these two why you love them both this track all of it

Well, I love a great pianist.

I love, and the two of them together are the inspiration for my open crush on Ted Firth.

At the moment.
