I appreciate the conundrum that you've expressed and I'm hopeful that we'll be able to do better in terms of statistical evaluation.

For example, Robert, I spent 20 years Well, to be accurate, I spent 11 years of my life and have collected 20 years worth of data of a single individual named Ted Owens, who was at one time an assistant to J.B. Ryan and later went off on his own and called himself the PK man and performed over 100 demonstrations online.

in which he gave advance notice to scientists that he's going to do this and he's going to do that, plus newspaper clippings.

And for the last half century, I have saved the complete database and I finally have the whole thing digitized and analyzed using a notebook LLM AI system.

On the other hand, there are reports that I regard as credible, done by scientists in a laboratory under controlled conditions that I don't believe can be explained away as examples of ledger domain or fraud of any kind.

So I'm inclined to think that, although he may be a skilled magician, that some of the things he does were quite legitimate.

And I would say the same thing about the other individual I studied for 11 years, Ted Owens, who claimed to have miraculous precognitive and psychokinetic abilities that were in part at least bestowed upon him by beings he called the space intelligences, that there's something real going on there, not to mention that all of the many, many hundreds of cases of people who describe themselves as abductees or contactees and begin to write books and describe in great detail the telepathic kinds of communication they have had with these beings.

I don't think that it's all just a question of fantasy.

Okay.

And that's, so Hegel, Garrick Hegel was right to believe that consciousness is a dialectical developmental process that of ever-increasing self-awareness and self-transparency and reflectiveness, right? And so the more unconscious a person or a society is, the more easily they're manipulated, including psychotronically, right? And, you know, we can see from some very adept psychics like Ted Sirios or Ted Owens, right? that it doesn't correlate to self-reflectiveness very much at all.

In fact, it might kind of be a negative correlation, right? And so developing psi ability or having psi ability activated in you by some kind of a psychotronic machine is not the same thing as elevating your consciousness, right? And so you could be a very conscious person and not have much psi ability, or you could be a, you know, a psi adept and be very unconscious, right? And so I think that, you know, the main point of the book I wrote on Puharch, Intellectronics, is to tease out what he meant by this term, namely that because psychotronic technologies of the kind he was responsible for developing pose such a serious threat to human agency, it's of paramount importance for us to develop our intellect to where we have greater self-consciousness and capacity for self-reflection, because otherwise

we're going to destroy ourselves with this technology.

Nature has already, by all accounts, voted on its own contents.

The psychic, the telepathic, the clairvoyant, the psychokinetic, There is evidence for all of these, as your book on Ted Owens made very clear.

And as all of your interviews do.

So the nature is not suddenly saying, hey, look, here are some new tricks.

So I don't know.

And like, there are people like, ted owens and there's some people like that who um were taped like were like known weather manipulators that like the government came and like took away and killed like you know sure it's it's kind of like you're like oh okay that one you might want to keep to yourself but and like tell people in person like i tell people in person and i tell anybody in person how to do it like i can teach you how to be done like it's not like it's specific to me it's just you know I just, it's just something I remembered coming in.

Yeah, I'm glad for the sylphs.

It seems like they really have stepped up and been there for people for this.
