I think it's the movie Ted that got it in our head, man.

But it is directed by Mike Hodges and stars Sam J. Jones as Flash Gordon, Max Van Sadow as the Emperor Ming, Melody Anderson as Del Arden, and Timothy Dalton, yeah, that's right, James Bond himself as Prince Baron, with music performed by Queen.

I was actually shocked to learn that that was Queen that did the Flash...

he made he made an appearance in a Family Guy episode playing this character.

You know, just as an appearance.

And like I said earlier, my favorite Flash Gordon, the reason I think I know Flash Gordon is because the movie Ted.

That's the only reason I know both of it.

yeah but also like the type of guy that like his shtick was like comedies like he's just a naturally funny person he does have a charisma to it which the movie tries to tap in at like occasionally.

And, like, when he's doing, like, Adam McKay stuff, like, the other guys or, I mean, and, like, the James Gray stuff he did earlier in his career, like, the Yards or, like, We Own the Nights good or Ted.

He's hilarious in Ted because it is essentially I'm tapping into, like, I'm not having to try.

But yeah, Star Wars is fortunately not.

But yeah, that one was that was hard to explain because I when I was watching because I never really watched Family Guy and Seth was making the movie.

You've got to get someone to really kind of lean into the material.

And then once you saw what the potential was, it was like it was a no-brainer.

The scene that pops up in my algorithm quite a bit, I believe it's from Ted 2, is the F. Scott Fitzgerald scene.
