Okay, I was just talking about this actually with my husband because we were talking about how we work with, like Nicole and I work with Meg from Holcim.

She does a home flow method.

They come in, they do some organizing, supporting mental load of your household stuff and and making sure that your house has a flow so that you like mentally, moms or dads or parents or whatever, feel better about where you live and how you're operating your day to day.

And Scott was saying, okay, it's X number of dollars an hour.

[笑声] 所以你的 future self 是什么呢？那这个 Benjamin Hardy 呢，其实我觉得它这个里面呢是有一个 technique 的，所以我蛮喜欢这本书的原因是这样，就是我们都会觉得说 think aboutyour future self，yeah sure 就好像做白日梦嘛， daydreaming 一样，我想说啊以后未来我要怎么样怎麼樣怎么样。可是呢，他的想法是这样，他是说 define who you want tobecome they make today's choices consistentwith that future self。

哦，这听起来比较像我们之前有提过的大谷翔平的九宫格的方式齁。

对，倒回来——

shū-fǎ, shū-fǎ, calligraphy.

Shū-fǎ combines shū, meaning writing or book, with fǎ, meaning method, technique, or style.

The basic idea is a particular technique or art of writing.

In modern Chinese, shū-fǎ means calligraphy, especially the traditional art of beautiful Chinese handwriting.

For example, She has liked learning calligraphy since she was young.

Doesn't matter who it is.

It's Polaris, Method Wheel, Yokohama, you know, the list is, is o- is long.

And it's not, you know, the thing that happens here, which I think is great, but...

And what's, what they're looking for is if they want to come here, it's a great event for them to shoot a-activations and content, right? That's what they want.

And, uh, they were famous in the, in the, the Jeeping world and the mini trucks and certainly Baja Bugs and Volkswagens.

And they had this distinctive style of artwork that a guy named Dave Deal, who was this legendary graphic artist, kind of cartoon art that he created.

And I had a friend who had just sold Method Wheel.

He had s- he and his son, uh, had sold Method Wheel.
