Team Hoyt

Uh, but I certainly wasn't born a leader.

And y- you know, you've drawn on Goggins and Jason Redman and Dick Hoyt.

Uh, uh, you know, who's really, you know, outside of your close network, changed something you actually do or something that you actually believe?

I would say m- one of the most impactful conversations that I've ever had was with a person who is extremely blunt with me, and it was Jason Redman.

Granted there are, I mean, they're, A number of people that run the Boston Marathon pushing other people.

But, you know, Dick Hoyt is like royalty in Boston.

And he, you know, he pushed his son a number of times in there.

And we were fortunate enough to meet him at Boston.

especially in the 2016, our last one.

I always remember that as like my greatest memory of running is we're in the gym where all the wheelchair athletes are and athletes with disabilities and in comes Dick Hoyt and he makes a beeline for me and Denise.

And now Denise didn't have her machine to help her talk.

So all she could do is smile.

Yeah.

Dick Hoyt pushing his kid Ricky from Boston.

Right.

Doing the Ironman.
