tough yeah i've got two of those they're difficult imagine i just sat there with my mom watching it and i was like i want to do that that looks like a challenge i want to take on i don't know why but i was just like i found the finance for suck was good but i was like i really want to do something hard so then i just decided yeah after university i applied for the grad scheme and then i went for it so i went straight into the classroom to teach first And yeah, I was literally 21 years old and I was teaching A-level economics.

You know, what an incredible organization that enabled me for two years to go through this leadership development program in an inner city London school and turn around and the attainment for these young people and they fell in love with maths.
