And Scott, when I first started with the company, I sat right in front of you.

I just, I think the, you know, the media opportunities, first of all, you know, we were interviewing...

You know, you and me and Rich, we're on our MSP chat podcast and we were interviewing the executives of the executives, you know, of TD Cinex, right? Folks that you're being kind of this first time at this big, you know, distributor conference.

And they gave us a really, you know.

great access to have these conversations.

But then when you think about it, you're like, oh, that makes perfect sense.

And this was the Um, the partner first, um, you know, announcement with the AI and the Asian bridge.

So basically TD Cinex has, has, uh, been leveraging AI internally to identify, you know, all kinds of things to help them do their jobs better for partners.

But the flip side is now they're going to allow partners, then they've got an MCP server so it can connect to all the TD Cinex data and then other things that the partner wants to connect to using their own, you know, LLM of choice and querying it in natural language and also build agents for for delivery to themselves and their clients.

TD Senate says expanding investment in managed service providers.

So in this interview, I sit down with Augie Staab, Director of MSP Sales at TD Cinex, to discuss its dedicated MSP sales organization and the newly announced MSP ARC program, which is short for Access, Review, and Cultivate.

She runs TD SYNNEX North America, and she used her time on stage to carve out what, what I will call, uh, an old new identity, um, uh, for TD SYNNEX.

And I'll, I'll explain what I mean by that and why I think it's new enough to be kinda interesting to me.

Ricoh has launched an independent director-led strategic review of its global business.

Synwell has signed a distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX in the United States.
