machine learning capabilities alpha models in order to get kind of find the intricacies between these securities and then for Canada and international markets we'll use simpler models that target dividend oriented strategies because securities have less dispersion in terms of the data that they have between them so i think there's this was a great conversation um and we really want to highlight it why humans are still needed in the investment loop and why i think we're still we still have some leeway for for our jobs in the future i hope i hope but uh it was a great conversation thank you for joining me and i'm sure we'll have the chance to talk in the future

This is nearly double the share at the peak of the pandemic real estate boom in 2024, when 24% of Ontario condos were worth less than $500,000.

So Tyler, in June, I attended an event put on by Connect CRE, which featured a panel with Colin Lynch, who's the Managing Director and Head of Private Markets at TD Asset Management.

And he said that the best investment to make right now is buying distressed condominium units.

So what are your thoughts on these groups looking to buy bulk condos? Do you think they'll outperform other investments? Any thoughts on the general bulk condo purchases you're seeing out there?
