TCU Horned Frogs

I'll be curious to see if the total jumps here, even if it's two ground-based teams.

328, West Virginia and TCU under money and Horned Frogs money as well.

This one is definitely connected.

Obviously, thinking TCU can slow down the West Virginia on offense a bit while the Mountaineers' defense is, we'll just say, a bit leaky to say the least.

So if you want Big 12 stuff, um, I'll be up at media days for, for men's and women's basketball this week, and writing about it all over on, uh, HFB.

Yeah, and what a good team the, the Horned Frog, Lady Horned Frogs are gonna have again this year.

And, and that's probably enough-

And men, men getting votes in the preseason AP poll too

... at times.

During that 10 game losing streak, the, the common phrase is, "Well, at least we have basketball, right?" We've heard that a few times.

Uh, but it is football season and it is the money maker, and, uh, the TCU defense has been the money maker for the Horned Frogs.

What are some storylines around the Horned Frogs this season, and what do you think they are this week?

They scored the most points they've scored against a Power Four opponent this year on Saturday.

That is the TCU Horned Frogs.

And if you just take it at those values, sounds pretty neat.

Uh, but we're gonna, we're gonna dive into all of this right now.

I mean, s- s ...

Jeremy, we sat there right before the season started with Sonny, and he told us that Ben Taylor-Whitfield is, A, primed for a really big year, and B, going to be the model for how TCU develops offensive linemen.

And Ben Taylor-Whitfield had his worst game as a Horned Frog last night, arguably.

Yeah.

With all due respect.

Of course, to the Horned Frogs.

Seventh nationally in rushing yards, first among quarterbacks.

Number two nationally in total yards on the season.

And Tim, always great to see you.

Three guys before the game returns on Thursday.

We will preview West Virginia and the Horned Frogs of TCU.

Friday night, West Virginia's basketball team plays at Glenville in its second of three exhibition games inside the Waco Center.

TCU has this season...

Like, this is what's absurd about the Horned Frogs, and BYU won that game covered on the road.

TCU has yet to allow more than 15 points in a game.

Like, that's...

Okay.

Okay? Go Frogs.

How did that, how did that whole process actually unfold? When did TCU first show interest? Like, what were they looking for in Ben? And what ultimately made TCU the school he wanted to play for?

Okay.
