Taylor Eigsti

I'm Vaughn, a 19-year-old college student and composer learning how to build a life in music by talking with incredible people who already have.

Today, I speak with two-time Grammy-winning composer and jazz pianist Taylor Eigsti.

I learn about his experiences with the Grammys, what that type of success actually changes, and the lessons he's learned along the way from giants when it comes to the importance of kindness.

Taylor then gives me three desert island record recommendations, including one that he says Johnny Carson once called the best act he's ever had on a show.
