we all mostly have the same kind of story in terms of our origin right like we're either first generation at at worst maybe second generation where our lineage is still very much close to the islands or portugal or mededa wherever it is so when you can do something like this and have a turnout like you guys are are likely to get and i have no doubt you guys are going to saw that show it's it's got to be uh rewarding and and and kind of like confirms that what you guys are doing hits with people and like the planning that you're doing with everything taylor like it it kind of just uh signifies that like yeah like this this diaspora is is is alive and well the further we get along or the further we get away from from people coming over like they used to

Yeah, if I could, I feel that when the World Cup comes about, excuse me, it's once every four years.

And as far as coming to the United States, man, you're talking – you know, once every 20, 25, 30 years, it's that.

And so knowing the Portuguese diaspora and the size of the Portuguese community here in the States, we knew that this was, excuse me, we knew that this was an opportunity that we couldn't pass up because no matter where Portugal played, we knew that the local Portuguese population here in the States would show up, but also the traveling Portuguese population.

So why not give them something kind of unique to their, their culture but with our own kind of painted with this american brush so i like if i'm if i'm a big portugal fan and i come from portugal to see the game and then and then i and i get here and i find out there's these portuguese american and portuguese canadian guys who tour the states doing comedy and all this stuff Like, me and my buddies, maybe we're going to that show, to that event.

We're going to have a couple of super blocks, and we're going to have some food, and we're going to, like, kind of connect with the people in our community and make plans for fan gatherings the next day.

So it was just a special opportunity because the international community is being brought to us, but there's also so much representation of that community right here already, you

And I think, and that could be something small or it could be something big, but that's what I admire the most about being Portuguese.
