Tate Taylor

the James Brown story and Anthony Bourdain was shooting down with our buddy Dino at the Big Apple Inn.

And I guess Tate Taylor and Mick Jagger had seen Anthony Bourdain on the street that day and just invited him to dinner.

So the dinner ended up being Chris, the big guy, Chris from Hot Tub Time Machine, Chris Robbins.

It was Tate Taylor, Cedric Bozeman, Mick Jagger, Anthony Bourdain, Dan Aykroyd, and, you know, a couple of other people from the movie that I would do is just, and you just look out on the dining room and you're like, what the hell just happened?

Did you feel like you were back in LA for that second?

Yeah, I mean, it's like, you know, you have a Rolling Stone, a Blues Brothers, and then, you know, later to be Black Panther, you know, which was pretty impressive and kind of, you know, it's, uh, It was something I never thought I'd see in Jackson.

Yeah, like you see all these shifting, colorful perspectives.

But then you look at the 2011 film directed by Tate Taylor, and it's like looking through a sniper scope.

That is a perfect way to put it.

Uh, the movie zeroes in on Skeeter.
