Guimba, Quezon, Lecab, Aliaga, Saragosa, Jaén, San Antonio, Gapon, Cabau, San Isidro, San Leonardo, General Tinho, Peñaranda, Santa Rosa, Cabanatuan and Palayon in Nueva Ecija, Bacur, Imus, Cahuit, Novelita, Cavite City, Rosario, Tanza, Nayak, Ternate and Maragondon in Cavite, and Nasugbu, Lian, Caledigan, Balayan and Tui in Batangas.

The rest of Nueva Ecija, Cavite, Batangas and the towns of Colombo, Cabuyao, Santa Rosa, Biñan, San Pedro, Mabatac, Santa Maria, Fami, Sinaloa, Pangal, Pacal and Piedan Laguna were under a yellow alert.
