Tara Carpenter

Honestly, if Scream 5 was Scream 7 and we focus on Sidney and her family with 5, 6, and 7, I would say in terms of quality, you can compare it to the Blumhouse trilogy of this being excellent because imagine where Scream 5 focus on Sidney, her family, Dewey and Gale are still together, Dewey's still alive, and then maybe he dies in VI, and, but he sacrifices himself for Tatum.

Tarik, I think you've radicalized me about Dewey saving Tara instead of Tatum.

My God, like, imagine that.

Imagine the weight of Dewey saving Sidney's daughter, Tatum, literally named Tatum.

That would've been so much more fulfilling than him saving dumb Tara Carpenter.

I mean, he doesn't even know her.

[laughs]

I know.

Continue on this legacy of final girls.

So I think that as it continues and as the genre does, so does, like, this introduction to, like, complex morality, starting with Sam Carpenter and Tara Carpenter in the new iteration of the Scream franchise that came out in 2022 and 2023.

Um, Tara is played by Jenna Ortega, is an diversion from the usual final girl because now we have two.

They are two sisters.
