What things did you do differently when you bought in Mackay versus buying in Perth? Like, now you had done the course, so, like, what was the value add, I guess? Or what, what can you share with everyone saying, "These are the things that I learnt, and this is what you should do"?

Yeah.

So I did understand that a state or a region is not the answer where you should be buying.

It depends, comes down to the macro of it.

Ev- it comes down to which suburb, which street you need to buy, and which is going to perform.

Before buying in Biltis, like I did not know about the flood maps, I did not know about any, any of, like, things to look at, the bushfire, the consoles, the, um, what are the restrictions, nothing of that sort.

But now I can see like, you know, it should have a good street appeal, you know, good neighborhood, how to see there's any public housing.

You know, what was your mindset around that?
