But we begin today with a new wrinkle in the Mark Laurie saga.

DoorDash is acquiring Wonders Grubhub Campus Dining Business, the college meal ordering platform formerly known as Topingo, as part of a $125 million investment in Wonders Series D round.

That's on top of the $650 million Wonders closed back in July.

Grubhub Campus Dining is live at more than 450 colleges and universities, and DoorDash says once the deal closes, expected sometime in the first half of 2027, that it plans to expand the concept beyond campuses into stadiums and hotels.

Oster and Almag have a strong track record.

They previously built Topingo, which they sold to Grubhub for $150 million in 2018.

They renamed this new company Eitan in memory of Oster's younger brother, Eitan, an Egos commando officer who fell in Lebanon in September 2024.

It is a deeply personal mission for them.
