Tanner Rainey

It's like, oh... you get a good three weeks out of Daniel Hudson and you're going to win the world series.

You know, they were, they were relying a lot on Daniel Hudson, Tanner Rainey, 42 year old Fernando Rodney down the stretch there.

The Rangers had a very similarly bad bullpen on paper going to the playoffs as well.

You don't need a good bullpen to win in October.

Ty Madden, as a ball guy, has been able to give you a sub .325.

Andrew Summers has been around in the form a little bit as well, but they're now kicking the Tigers on some of these guys, like a Tanner Rainey, for example.

They brought in Tyler Kinley, so they've got a lot of guys named Tyler, including Tyler Holton.

in the bullpen as well.

Tyler Kinley, another guy that washed out.

Tanner Rainey.

Is it Yeber Diaz? Again, other teams gave up on him.

You're going to fix him this year and put him out there to win a game for you? No.

Like, and trying to figure out how to shine that to get outs.

Like, that has to be incredibly mentally taxing to go out in every game, have to figure out, "All right, I gotta get Tanner Rainey through another inning."

[laughs]

"I gotta get some of these guys..." I, I, yeah, I, I think that that has to add to the mental load.
