Taney County

So anytime you see the Explore Branson logo out there, our organization covers those expenses for our partner in the CVB.

And we have a board of directors of seven men and women from our community, from Stone and Taney County, from Village of Indian Point and Branson, that oversee the finances and oversee the marketing to make the proper decisions from our marketing oversight committee and our financial oversight committee, which are tremendous volunteers in our community that really give of their heart and their time to make sure we're making the proper researched decisions to create the best marketing to invite people to our area.

Yeah, and so just, uh, also, how many people visit the Branson area, I mean, on a, on an annual basis?

Yeah, it'd be hard to say.

You know, as an example, when I, I sit on the Folds of Honor board of directors for our state of Missouri and Soto-- southern Illinois, and we give back to widows and orphans.

Folds of Honor is a tremendous organization.

Also heavily involved in Taney County One Hundred to help if we lose a firefighter or a cop in line of duty.

Uh, very heavily involved in the Springfield Firefighter Faith in Business, which is a big thing out of Tulsa called Ninety-Four X, serve on the boards there, and several other organizations.
