Tamika Mallory

But how I try to stay relevant to have being a part of the solution, being, not just being around to be around, but to make sure that I'm always trying to reach out and bring and support other organization leaders who, who have new and fresh ideas.

Um, so at Until Freedom, with Tamika Mallory, as an example.

So, you know, we have Black Voters Matter, um, with what they're doing.

And so, and then we've got, uh, you know, the faith community.

Charlottesville, Virginia, where the tiki torches and it's all the young white guys.

But then Tamika Mallory goes and...

Who's that? Tamika Mallory is one of the founders of the Women's March.

She's a black activist.

She's amazing.

No,

it's important because you know what's funny? Shout out to Ben Crump and Tamika Mallory.

I actually got a chance to get up with them with the Orange Volk Blossom Classic.

And, you know, I was having a conversation and I asked Tamika something and she responded and she said, she feels something that's going on in the Black community is we don't have those Black media outlets that we used to have that was really letting people know what's up, what time it is, as far as like, politics and things that we need to know.
