So for each one of those, I think you've already given us kind of the warning label on having it within a C corporation, but maybe even if it's not, is there a choose your own adventure kind of warning label you would put on each of those three ways of interacting with real estate with a business?

Boy, I don't even know where to start when it comes to leasing from a third party because that is a significant contract that you should not be taking lightly.
4:35
Don't just sign a lease that some broker puts in front of you, especially some form lease, because there are endless provisions that can affect you later and may not seem significant on day one, but could cost you or the business a lot of money.
4:51
So for example, the lease, if it's a critical part of the business, could be a huge component of the business value when you go to sell the business.

That could be a positive component or a negative component.

So for example, if there's a really long lease that the owner of the business or the successor owner of the business doesn't want to be tied to, maybe they want to take on your business and bring it to their location.
5:22
then that long term lease is a liability that's really going to affect what they're willing to pay for the business.

And I don't know if there's anything you wanted to add to that, but that's what kind of came to my mind.
