So we're pretty blessed with that as well.

So in our hinterland areas, we've got suburbs that are 15, 20 minutes to the beach, particularly like Currumbin Waters or the Talley Valley, Currumbin Valley You know, Banoog and Tallai, Mount Tambourines a little bit further away, but there's just these little communities and pockets scattered throughout the coast that just offer that lifestyle and flexibility.

So that's what a lot of people are chasing, even people relocating from the coast just to move a little further west because of that density we're experiencing.

People want to move Some people are considering building or just buying an existing property or looking for something they can add a second dwelling on, have a multi-generational setup with their family.

Uh, zone two there are changes in Cobble Creek, Mount Samson, and Samson Vale are now partially included.

Uh, Cashmere, Cedar Creek, Currumbin Valley, and Tallebudgera Valley, uh, Clear Mountain, and Closeburn.

Uh, they've all moved to full suburb coverage.

So if you're in any of those suburbs in Queensland, you need to be on the alert for red fire ants.
