Can I ask you, how did you first get involved with recovery programmes?

Well, I suppose for me, I'm a Southsider, so I'm from Tallaght.

And when I was a young man, addiction ripped the area where I grew up apart.

And I went off and I was working in other places and I found myself drifting back to kind of go, I want to do something about this.

They are, you know, perfect human beings already.

And it's a matter of finding that and trusting the vulnerability to get strong again.
