But anyway, many Mexican products also are processed and manufactured around the area.

Jalisco has other cities, but Guadalajara is the most important city on the West in terms of production and also population and technology.

I mean, every time I go to a store, I feel like there's a new flavor of tahini out because we have so many folks out there now that they want the sweet, they want the heat, they want those old classic flavors, but they want kind of those new bold flavors tied into it.

So like a spicy meatloaf or maybe like a sweeter kind of wild game stew.

Salt.
