Why should I ask something of you if I'm not prepared to throw my own shit on the table, if you know what I mean? So for a lot of, I guess, sites, a lot of organizations, schools that we go into, first of all, we have to share a little bit of ourselves to almost be the example of vulnerability, share weaknesses, all these sort of things.

And then I guess from that, we share a bit of a solution.

And the solution we believe, you know, that we've been using over the last four years is a traffic light system based on a traffic light, you know, simple.
