Question number 40.

In geometry, what instrument is used to measure angles? Is it protractor, T-square, or ellipsograph? The correct answer is protractor.

And here is today's bonus question.

How many strings does a normal ukulele have? Is it 4, 5, or 6? The correct answer is 4.

I said, no worries, mummy man, at least you're honest.

and I have to take the same T-square that I have in my oven and I remember I see them turning the red thing on the bus and I have to put a force on it for it to make the bell sound and I have to tell it like John O Star so I determine to just use the T-square and press the buzzer and now I know the buzzer is literally now signaling to the driver that somebody is going to come off on the bus so I'm dead here and I'm dead here and I have to use the T-square until I just get fed up on the force that I'm using now and I'm going to put the T-square up on the buzzer and it's going to break

I move to the kitchen, make myself a pot of coffee for no one, savoring the bitter taste, letting it pierce the fog.

I drift into the studio, run my palm along the battered drafting table, picking up a T-square, holding it against the light, measuring the cracks in the concrete below.

Halfway through my wandering, I realize my heart has steadied, not whole, not unbroken, but still improbably alive.

When the light outside finally dims for good, I find myself in front of the collaborative mural, its colours brilliant and fractured in the slanting dusk.

These things look so strange with this unusual T-shaped body.

You've got this head and then the rest of the body, like a swimming T-square.

And You can't think of anything that has a planing surface like that on the front of the body.

Airplanes have a planing surface halfway along.

Well, I've got to get to work.

It's about, what, five degrees? But Mercury is starting to oppose Chiron, and both Chiron, Mars, and Mercury are all either opposing or squaring each other.

So this makes Mars kind of the focal point of a T-square.

between Mercury, which wants to kind of make a deal, strike a deal, work, negotiate, and Chiron, where people are like, no, I'm wounded.

So we can see a lot of people who are dealing with family drama, dealing with issues with their parents, feeling the pressure in relationships and not knowing how to show up or feeling... incapable or feeling less than or not good enough because they can't afford to buy a house or, you know, move out of their parents' basement or things that are kind of connected to old kind of family and kind of childhood traumas that we're now playing out in relationships, right? So that's the other thing.

And then I learned that was the day before, remember, before computers, before any of this stuff.

So I was literally using a draft board, a a T-square, rubber cement, and a photocopy to do our newsletter.

We're cutting and pasting, and I'm taking clip art and clipping it out of a book and putting it in.

And when I look back at those newsletters, they're pretty laughable, you know, compared to what we have today.

They are using computer.
