T-groups

Yeah, I would say there are three groups that have affected me as an implementer.

First of all, I've been in a T group for years.

And about a year ago, we just, quote, admitted our first person who had never done TAM.

So we had a bunch of former TAM people who formed a T group, and we added some others here and there anyway.

But I've probably been in that T group for like 14 years or something.

So that's really been helpful on accountability and sharing ideas and so on.

And then 15 years ago this fall, we had our first quarterly meeting of all the Chicago area implementers.
