It put a curse on us, and that curse was in place for two calendar years, and it was broken today at Boone Pickens Stadium.

I, I am, I am equal parts exhausted from a long day, heat, rain delay, driving.

But you were huddled under the stadium, right? For like an hour and a half.

Wasn't that the long delay?

Um, yeah, and until we went down with the Echo crew, we were underneath, and it's like, it, it was brutal because if there's lightning within eight miles, then you can't start for 30 minutes, and lightning was like eight miles north of Boone Pickens Stadium.

So it was hot and sunny at Boone Pickens Stadium, but there was lightning within eight miles, so we just couldn't do anything.

Pickens, kind of.

Or like a T. Boone Pickens or a Ross Perot, maybe.

Okay.

Anyway,

Oh, by the way, they had to leave Eugene.

This is going to be a Boone Pickens out there in Stillwater.

I think just that aspect.

I expect Oregon to roll, but don't be surprised if this thing gets a little hairy early on at least.

And, yes, Norman has a phenomenal game day experience.

But if you haven't been to an OSU game, if you have not seen that campus, have you not seen – what T. Boone Pickens has invested into in his era, and what a man to put that much money in the philanthropy that he put into that school.

One of the most beautiful campuses, one of the most beautiful stadiums, and even though it only holds, what, 50-some, 60,000, it's not a huge stadium, it's a very intimate, elegant stadium, and what an atmosphere.

Hey, you know, I would love to see them surprise us.

There's a part of me that wishes that T. Boone Pickens was alive for the NIL era.

So they are going to be so fired up coming into Stillwater.
