And I asked him all the questions and he's like, yeah, nobody would buy them.

So... you know, we started the Pampers Parent Institute and this guy, T. Barry Brazelton, he did...

Now I filled in some of the blanks.

He didn't have the conspiracy theory outlook that I did on it.

But in 1961 diapers were invented disposables and nobody wanted them.

So they did a scientific study, which is unscientific by P Barry Brazelton.

Um, soon thereafter to, um, and he's the head of the parent Pampers parents Institute and, and was, and has been for the last 60 years.

I think he might've died recently.

Certainly when I started to use it, it was new.

But, you know, when you were talking about your work with surrogacy and adoption, and then I associated to one of my mentors in relation to Dr. Libovici, was Dr. Barry Brazelton.

And he told a wonderful story.

When he was doing the newborn behavior, it was actually, it wasn't the NBO, it was his assessment scale that he was doing.

And I gave Brazelton to read to all the candidates and the trainees that we had for me.

And I sent them to Boston, you know, to do the training.

Because that was such an amazing mind, Barry Brazelton.

Being able to address with psychoanalytic thinking the internal world, but also a very good physician and a very good observer.

Another one is an, um, ended up being the head of the Canadian diplomatic corps and the ambassador to Spain.

Uh, the, the, My brother, my older brother, worked with Barry Brazelton.

I mean, people think Amish, and that's not what I'm talking about.

And so when I became a mother and had my daughter, I immediately realized like, oh, this isn't just about kids who are struggling.

This is about human relationships and about Really, as to quote Dr. Brazelton, the irreducible needs of children.

And so becoming a parent, I had a kind of an awakening of I actually want to be a part of bringing this work to parents and educators in general.

And so moving away from that really thing.
