Whole Foods tried to go in there, and the deal died in permitting.

This month, the Chronicle reported that T&T Supermarket, a Canadian grocery chain, is opening a 50,000 square foot store in that exact spot.

and TNT's chief executive gave the Lurie administration credit for helping it happen.

Whole Foods couldn't get through the paperwork.

Then a mayor decided the city's job was to help a grocery store open instead of finding reasons it couldn't.

And Arc'teryx is opening these climbing-specific experiential stores.

Asian grocer T&T Supermarket is expanding like crazy.

Even traditional bank branches are incredibly tight in Manhattan right now.

So as opposed to expanding more here, how much more can they expand kind of discussion.

Well, T&T's expanding in the US, but I mean, it's, it's, it's just one brand.

I, I do think that they, their ambitions are beyond, beyond Canada now.
