T-72

is going to be targeting.

So for example, if we were targeting a country that we were war with, X country, and they had BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles and T-72 tanks, then this class of autonomous system would only be tasked to target those types of vehicles.

And so we would train the model on all the different intelligence that we have on that, so all the different pictures under different types of optics, the different signatures that come out of it, different infrared signatures, and so forth, to where we can then build a confidence threshold for positive identification.

And then again, it would be geofenced.

But also that we're continuing with the human supervision of monitoring this system to where if there's electromagnetic interference, for example, or anything that deviates in the operational environment from the parameters we set, then it would not prosecute a target.

If there's any collateral concerns, those are things that we always track.

And so if it's within a certain range, Distance of, say, the T-72 is parked next to a hospital.

We've already got that information there.

We would never do that, right? But for ideological reasons, because this was important and they believed they could, they went into the Ukraine and created a lot of problems.

And then what ends up happening is you had the meme storm that made everyone feel super good, because you saw those hilarious memes of like, you know, the, the John Deere tractor is the natural predator of the T-72.

And everyone was po- poking fun at the Russians, and we were all, everyone was feeling very good about all this, how the Russians, this was gonna take less than a year, et cetera, et cetera.

And the reality was that was everyone feeling good about how bad it was going, and assuming that because they were, you know, being made fun of with such alacrity in the social media space, that suddenly their national will would break and they would go back home.

Absolutely.

Was that T-72 or was it actually an M1?

All, all the Russian tanks, our tanks, all the tanks over in Ukraine got hit.

Yeah, but we have counter-SUAS that's better than what the Russians have, right?

It's been a while as I've been head down, bum up, working on my Ukraine diorama, which is a wrecked Russian T-72 winter scene.

I reckon four or five months work and the most rewarding thing I've built so far.

So I hope you guys enjoy the pictures.

It looks really good, doesn't it?

And of course, whilst Whilst machines are still relatively dumb, then fooling them, deceiving them could be quite easy, you know, a dummy tank, right? So long as it's got a heat source that shows that in the right place, it could fool some relatively simple AI.

But once AI starts to get down to the shape of a particular tank, a T-72, down to the last centimeter, you're gonna have to be very detailed with your deception.

But other deceptions could be much easier to engage in.

And that's exactly that.

The production's up.

And they're refitting the T-72s because the T-90 is still based on a T-72 chassis.

They're taking the old T-72s, taking the turrets off, upgrading the transmission, and put the new turret on there.

So it's actually more than 1,200 tanks.
