Syzygy

Yeah.

Well, one of the things I wanted to say about the IFS-informed EMDR that I teach, so I teach for Syzygy Institute, which combines IFS and EMDR together into a model called IFS-informed EMDR.

And one of the things that we say there is like the most important thing that anybody can learn from any of those trainings.

And what we're talking about is that self to part connection, just like you were just mentioning, like, and that is part of memory reconsolidation is that juxtaposition self is the wholeness, the healing, the compassion, curiosity, calm, kind, you know, all that.

And would you invite them to be doing the bilateral stimulation through the whole process? Like if you were more, let's say like IFS focused, or is it when they get to the witnessing aspect with an exile?

Yeah.

So the way that we teach it at Syzygy is at different areas.

So sometimes when a client experiences some sense of self energy in the session, we can do what's called kind of tapping that in where it's like, just notice that you feel some curiosity toward that part.

I took this, this trade earlier in the week and actually made money with it again.

We have a new Syzygy signal to take a short bearish swing, bearish volume, bouncing off of resistance this time.

So I took it short.

Stop loss is right about here.

The reason that I think this is gonna be a really good trade is because you can see price fell through that giant area of support, tried to recover a little bit, and literally just bounced off the very top or, excuse me, the very bottom edge of it and kept trying going up and down, up and down, up and down, and now it's in a downward trend.

So, uh, here's your Syzygy signal that fired at the open of, I guess, tomorrow.

It's really four fifteen today, but that starts all of tomorrow's stuff.

And that's where I got into the trade.
