Syracuse Orange women's basketball

So I think to see that early on, um, is, is a good sign.

All right, we mentioned her, but let, let's really dive into Jovana Popovic because after Syracuse, m- I, my feeling was like, okay, let's continue to see this.

Like, obviously there's been, what she did against Syracuse was backed up from what we heard of, from what she's done in practice, even what we saw with our own eyes in practice.

Going into that Syracuse game, she was one of the better players on the court for them.

But it felt like after Syracuse, it was like, okay, this is a nice piece.

Like, y- she'll probably come off the bench.

She'll get some good minutes, and it will have some good games.

It, it's gonna be hard to justify not giving her that opportunity.

Do you

see that Syracuse? Oh, my God.

I saw

Syracuse.

I saw Texas.

I saw Sarah Strong picking up right where she left off.

Uh-huh.

And she had an exhibition game, and they won against Syracuse, and she played really well.

You would be proud.

I am proud of her.

Sorry to readjust my brain there for a second.

And, uh, Syracuse coach Felicia LeGette-Jack, she had a notable sound bite, by the way.

She's amazing.

Let's hear what she had to say.
