So we have a fund administration platform called Syndicately.

So we're able to spin up SPVs.

We have very low cost in order to be able to do that.

And we run private deals in that community, 506B, Reg D funds.

We use the platform that we acquired, which is Syndicately.

We bought that platform about six months after we started the mastermind group in order to be able to run deals and have it After running a few, if you've ever done that, to deal with the compliance and set up with the entities and the bank accounts and money transfer and KYB, KYC, K1s, all the stuff, it becomes a full-time job.

And so we built an end-to-end fund administration platform with API integrations to streamline all of that and make it super simple and much more cost-effective than having to go deal with an attorney and pay $30,000 upfront to spin up your PPM subscription agreement and all the paperwork that's required for this.

That's the community separate of that.

You know, that's for financial education, business resources.

And then we also have Syndicately, like I mentioned before, that we wrote the first book for co-authored that is.

Also, part of the long-term vision, it's a subsidiary of DAG.
