So they were, I've never seen a bunch of people so happy to be stuck in a traffic jam.

So there's transport crews making their way there at the moment.

The traffic's just stuck behind it.

The M2 from near Lane Cove Road through the Lane Cove Tunnel onto the freeway heading south, that was already slow.

That's going to cause long delays as you come into the city from the north side.

Harbour Tunnel now closed and you'll have to go via the Harbour Bridge, but expect long delays.
