Swing state

We're purple.

As of November 3rd, 2026, South Carolina is officially a purple state.

We're purple.

That is incredible.

52, 48 type

of level across the board.

That is a purple state.

I think aside from Annie, she performed the best as a Democrat.

Because given the results of the election yesterday, there's something for everyone on the Democratic side of the aisle to point to and say, ah, see, there's our path.

You could look at Shapiro's impressive victory in Purple State, Pennsylvania, and say, well, that's the way to do it.

Or you could look at El-Sayed's impressive victory in Michigan and say a progressive can win anywhere.

That debate's going to continue for the next two years.

And the fact that David Jolly was able to come within one percentage point winning statewide in our state when we lost 19 points in 2022 shows that we are organizing, we are on the ground every single day, and the issues matter to the people of our state.

Of course, we'll always have wished that there was more national investment into our state, but this is an opportunity to show the rest of the country Florida continues to be that battleground state, that purple state that people cannot count out.

Yeah, and I think that was interesting.

Really, Donald was able to outspend Jolly there by quite a bit.

But we flipped the Florida House that we came.

We flipped a Florida Senate seat, city and county commissions all across the state.

Forty eight races up until this midterm election is why we know that Florida continues to be a battleground state.

And the people of our nation need to pay attention and stop counting Florida out.

Welcome everybody to the Swing State election edition.

Tonight is the midterm election in 2026.

We have some exciting news and some conversations that we're going to be discussing as we go through the map.

And there's interesting concepts here.

I think one thing that's very interesting is it's very clear that there is no party loyalty.

I think these swing state voters are very open to whichever candidate is the best candidate for their time.

And it's the person who is providing the most valuable information It's the person who's connecting to them today, to their understanding of what's going on in the country today, to how they're feeling today.

And that was the Democrats' cycle.

What are you watching? There's always swing states.

There's key battleground states, races.

Where should people be watching if they want to get some idea of what this might look like tomorrow morning? Texas.

And like I said, there are some significant battleground states.

There are a few states that we really need to keep a close eye on over the course of today.

We have a few states that are, by all accounts, leaning in one direction.
